New affiliate MKS London launches
MKS London will offer civil, criminal, cross-border asset recovery, family and employment expertise at the highest levels.
MKS Law is delighted to welcome the launch of allied law firm MKS London in the UK, which will focus on civil, family, cross-border asset recovery and criminal law.
The firm was officially launched last month at a party held at SUSHISAMBA in London’s Covent Garden.
The firm brings together Martin Kenney (in the BVI) and Andrew Blackburn (based in London), from leading global asset recovery practice, MKS Law in the British Virgin Islands, together with London-based partners Reesha Panchal (employment and family disputes) and Peter Refahi (dispute resolution and insolvency), who have built a reputation tackling complex matters in their respective fields.
Supported by Charles Bott KC, one of Britain’s foremost barristers specialising in financial crime, MKS London will concentrate on disputes-focused litigation, acting in commercial, employment and family disputes, as well as cross-border and asset recovery matters, including fraud, insolvency and criminal cases.
In addition, the firm has in-house investigative and forensic accounting capabilities, and is hiring additional lawyers to add to its team.
