Meet our new interns working with MKS Law during the summer months.
Dasha Smolina (Legal Intern 2026)
Duration: 26 May – 31 July
Background: Joining us from the United States, where she is currently attending Harvard Law School.
Dasha Smolina is currently a J.D. student at Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Prior to law school, she worked as a cybersecurity engineer with Check Point Software Technologies, and she holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Boston University.

Jean-Nicolas Ettlin (Legal Intern 2026 )
Duration: 18 May – 14 August
Background: A trainee lawyer at Bar Karrer in Zurich, Switzerland, who recently completed his Master of Law at the University of Fribourg.
Prior to joining us as an intern, Jean-Nicolas was a trainee lawyer at Darrois Villey in Paris and Bär & Karrer in Zurich. He holds degrees in French and Swiss law from the University of Fribourg and Paris-Panthéon-Assas and a Bachelor in Geography from the University of Zurich.
After his internship with MKS Law, he will start preparing for the Zurich bar exam.
