Emma Greville

Emma uses her expertise as an investigative accountant to forensically dissect accounts and money movements, to identify wrongdoing and trace assets. In doing so, she supports the litigation team in their efforts to recover misappropriated value.

She began her academic journey at the University of Sheffield, where she studied Law. During her time there, she volunteered with the Miscarriages of Justice Review Centre at the University, working on real cases involving alleged wrongful convictions.

Following her undergraduate studies, Emma attended the University of Law, where she completed both the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and a Master of Laws (LLM), achieving a Distinction.

After this, she studied Accounting and Finance at the University of Salford, graduating with a First-Class Honours degree.

Alongside her studies, Emma served as a Special Police Constable with Cheshire Police, working within the local community and supporting frontline policing activities.

Upon completing her academic studies, Emma began her professional career in tax with RSM, a leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services.

In this role, she prepared tax returns for high-net worth individuals, reports, and provided advice to clients on a wide range of tax issues, helping individuals navigate complex personal taxation matters.

During her time at RSM, she completed the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) exams, passing in both Personal Tax and Corporate Tax, and was awarded a Distinction for exceptional performance in the Personal Tax examination.
