Cases: $45 million family shareholder dispute

We were instructed by the claimants in early 2022, in an ongoing family dispute relating to shareholdings in a family-owned company.

This is a hard-fought (US$45 million) matter which has been ongoing for many years. A valuation trial took place in 2023 and judgment is expected in 2024.
