A really fantastic conference at OffshoreAlert Miami during late April.
Thank you to everyone who recently joined us at Offshore Alert in Miami.
Founder and Head of Firm Martin Kenney moderated a panel on the BVI (‘BVI Intelligence Briefing’) with Shan Greer of the BVI International Arbitration Centre and Andrew Emery of Emery Cooke.
The panel offered:
- A snapshot of the BVI & its economy
- Overview of its beneficial ownership register
- Discussion of its courts & juridicial system
- Discussion about its International Arbitration Centre
