MKS Law is proud to be sponsoring this year’s OffshoreAlert Miami conference, taking place in Miami Beach between 26-28th April.

It is one of the major annual conferences our firm attends and brings together leading lights from the investigations community, law firms, insolvency specialists and the media in Miami, London and Bangkok each year.

On Tuesday 28th April (at 11.15am), Head of Firm Martin Kenney will be moderating a panel on funding litigation, which will examine how to get claims funded, dealing with issues such as presenting the opportunity, deal-structuring, controlling costs, and risk.
